Artist &
Experience Designer
Creating moments of play, connection, and transformation.
I’m an artist and experience designer working across immersive art, education, and brand storytelling. My practice explores how play, story, and sensory engagement can inspire curiosity, empathy, and transformation — turning complex ideas into experiences people can feel, not just observe.
Storytelling has always been the core of my work. I began performing in theatre as a child and teenager, drawn to its immediacy and emotional connection with audiences. I went on to study interactive media design, where I learned to use technology as a tool for participation and communication. Seeking to bring narrative into visual form, I transitioned into film, exploring cinematic storytelling and world-building.
A decade later, when virtual reality re-emerged, I found a medium that brought all these threads together — the presence of theatre, the visual storytelling of film, and the interactivity of digital design. That discovery became the foundation for my installation-based work, where audiences move from observers to participants within living, responsive worlds.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve designed installations, exhibitions, and participatory worlds for global brands, cultural institutions, and social-impact organisations. My work spans collaborations with Paramount, Bulgari, Meta, Google, and the UNHCR, alongside projects for the Malala Fund and International Medical Corps — shaping experiences that move people emotionally, physically, and collectively.
In parallel, I develop independent art projects that blend storytelling, science, and imagination to invite reflection, awareness, and play. Works such as EmbraceXR, You Are What You Eat, JoyGaze, and Culture Mix explore themes ranging from empathy and presence to learning, sustainability, and cultural identity. Whether digital or physical, my installations invite participation and transformation through emotion, curiosity, and sensory engagement.
I divide my time between artistic and commercial projects, each informing the other. My artistic work allows for experimentation with emotion, participation, and human experience, while my commercial collaborations challenge me to scale those ideas for broader audiences. Both are grounded in the same belief: that creativity and play can deepen understanding and transform.
My approach blends emotional logic with design rigour, using prototyping and iteration as creative tools. I see constraint as a catalyst for clarity — an opportunity to distil meaning and sharpen impact.
